Information regarding self-harm behaviors and support if you or someone you know struggles with self-harm.
If you or someone you know are experiencing suicidal or homicidal ideation, a team can be sent to you to offer support.
As a child of God, you have inherent dignity and worth. Boundary setting and managing expectations helps protect this.
It is important to be merciful towards yourself. Chances are you are doing the best that you can with the resources you have.
Sometimes we give thoughts more power than they deserve. Use this to "un-fuse" yourself from unhelpful thoughts.
